CGPSC AE Recruitment 2020: The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has invited the online applications for the recruitment of 89 posts of “Assistant Engineers” – 2020 in various offices of the State. CGPSC Assistant Engineer: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Minimum Education qualification is Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering from any government recognized institution or university.
Age Limit as on 01.01.2020
Minimum Age limit is 21 years and maximum age limit for CGPSC AE Examination is 30 years as on January 1, 2020. However, for the permanent resident of Chhattisgarh, Maximum age limit will be 40 years.
Relaxation in upper Age limit
- Upper age limit shall be greater by five years for candidates belonging to SC/ST of Chhattisgarh and Other Backward Classes of Chhattisgarh
- For women candidates of Chhattisgarh, Upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years.
Note: Candidates seeking age relaxation are required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at the time of document verification.
Application Fees for CGPSC AE Recruitment
The application fee for different categories are as follows:

Interview:- There will be 75 marks for Interview.

- Enter your basic information like Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number to register yourself.
- Enter your Personal, Academic and other details.
- Upload scanned copies of your Signature, Photograph, Left Thumb Impression, and the Handwritten Declaration.
- Make payment of the application fee.
- Click on “Submit”.
- On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form with fee details will be generated.
- Download and print out several copies for future reference.
