Minimum Education qualification for Assistant Review Officer
- A degree of university established by law in India or other equivalent qualifications recognized by the State Government.
- Typing speed in Hindi and English on computer with 20 and 25 wpm. respectively.
- Good experience of working on computers.
- Preference shall be given to those having experience in HR of any Govt institution.
Minimum Education qualification for Staff Nurse
Diploma in Nursing and midwifery and registered with UP nursing council.
Minimum Education qualification for Pharmacist
Diploma in Pharmacist and registered with UP Pharmacy council.

- High School Passed with Maths and science or equivalent

- On the redirected page, click on “Click Here for New Registration”.
- Enter your basic information like Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number to register yourself.
- A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Note them down. The same will also be sent to you via your registered email ID and phone number.
- Log in with your Provisional Registration Number and Password and edit the particulars, if necessary.
- Enter your Personal, Academic and other details.
- Upload scanned copies of your Signature and Photograph.
- Make payment of the application fee.
- Click on “Submit”.
- On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form with fee details will be generated.
